Who We Are

The Seagull Company creates technical animation, visualization, and digital media for organizations that need complex science, engineering, products, and systems explained clearly.

Our website is seagullcompany.com. Our project intake and booking flow help prospective clients schedule a conversation with Seagull.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including name, email address, website, project category, timeline, project notes, and selected meeting time.

We may also collect standard website and booking analytics, such as page views, referral source, UTM campaign values, CTA clicks, booking flow events, browser information, approximate location, and device information.

If you authorize a Seagull-owned integration, such as a LinkedIn company-page publishing app, we may receive access tokens and related metadata needed to operate that integration.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to project inquiries, schedule meetings, send booking confirmations, prepare for calls, improve the website and booking flow, measure marketing performance, and operate Seagull-owned marketing systems.

We do not sell personal information.

LinkedIn App Use

Seagull may use a LinkedIn app to publish approved marketing posts to The Seagull Company LinkedIn organization page.

The app is intended to post only on behalf of the Seagull company page after authorization by a person with the proper company-page role. It is not intended to publish to Quintin Anderson's personal LinkedIn profile or any third-party LinkedIn page.

LinkedIn authorization tokens are used only to operate the Seagull company-page publishing workflow and may be revoked through LinkedIn account or app settings.

How We Share Information

We share information only when needed to operate the website, booking system, calendar invitations, email confirmations, analytics, hosting, security, and approved platform integrations.

Service providers may process information for us, but they are not allowed to use it for their own unrelated purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our services.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit a project form. You can ask us to review, update, or delete information you have provided, subject to legal, security, or operational retention needs.

If you authorized a third-party integration, you can revoke that authorization through the third-party platform when available.

Security And Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the business, maintain records, improve our systems, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
